Can
I use data I entered during the Trial if I purchase
the full version?
Yes. Simply make
your purchase and your Monkey will automatically
be activated. If you haven't already installed a
trial, you will be sent a Product Key. When you
first install The Monkey you will be asked to enter
your Product Key and you'll then be able to use
program without any restrictions and still have
access to all the data you entered during your trial.

I
only have a dial-up connection, can I still download
The Monkey?
Yes. Though it will take a while and I recommend
using the Download Manager. For download speeds
and more information using a Download Manger click
here. Alternatively, ask a friend with a high
speed connection to download it for you then burn
The Monkey to CD and transfer it to your PC.

Yes. Upon successful completion of your purchase
you will instantly get a receipt from PayPal. This
will included your transaction details and a Transaction
ID in case you have any concerns. NB: In all cases
it's important that you keep details of your purchase
for future reference.

Is online purchasing really safe?
Very much so. In fact, it's probably one the safest
ways to pay for things today. The Monkey uses PayPal
to process your payment (PayPal currently have over
100 million accounts on line!) and they are the
payment processing company behind the enormously
successful E-Bay auction site.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential
information using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits
(the highest level commercially available). For
more information about the measures in place to
protect you, take a look at PayPal's
Protection Policy.
Consider
how you pay for things now - The situation
of booking a hotel reservation over the phone, or
to a call centre to make a payment for one of your
utility bills. A lot of people don't think twice
about handing out their credit card information
to a person over the phone, to someone who could
easily write down your details!
However, when you make payments on line, all your
details are encrypted and all transactions are handled
automatically without human intervention. Nobody
sees your card details, not even me. The encryption
used is the same that banks use in their day to
day transactions and to provide secure online banking.
Payment processing is a complex process and is best
left to dedicated payment processing companies.
This is why I choose PayPal. Their vast experience
means your money is in very safe hands.

What
if my card is refused?
Cards are not refused by me because as I do not
handle your payment. All payments are made through
PayPal. It is almost certain that if your card is
refused that the problem originates at your bank
or with PayPal. In the first instance, make sure
there are enough funds in your account and the card
you are using to make the purchase is still valid.

What methods of payment do you accept?
At the moment I only accept payment by credit or
debit card via the internet using most types of
cards.
